PILATES – It helps to improve your mental and physical well-being, increase flexibility, and strengthens muscles.  Pilates use controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to tone and strengthen the body

 Silver Sneakers – Open to any older adult. This fitness program will help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Individual can work out at their own pace in an exciting atmosphere. Get a great workout, meet some great people and have fun too.

PIYO - This is a unique combination of Yoga and Pilates. Individuals will learn to regulate breathing and find internal relaxation while challenging their flexibility and strength. This is a non-impact muscular challenge.

Informational sessions that focus on making healthy food choices, increasing your physical activity and getting the most nutrition out of your calories.

H.Y.P.E.D- Healthy Y People Exercising Daily! Starting Monday, January 4th we will start our HYPED classes.  This 70 day program promises to push you to new limits. You will reach your peaks in muscular and cardio endurance.  We challenge you to come try it out.  Your body can’t afford to miss out on this experience.  We will run this class at two different times throughout the day. (morning and night class)

GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
This program is designed to increase all aspects of physical fitness while encouraging camaraderie and support among participants. You set up the appointment with our staff to coincide with your busy schedule. Optimal class size is three to five participants per session.

Come to the Y Gymnasium and have some fun playing ball while getting a great workout.

Massage
The Y offers therapeutic massage for members and non-members of all ages. Enjoy a relaxing massage from Ron Greathouse, L.M.T. You have taken charge of your exercise program now there should be a time set aside for regular relaxation also. The Washington Community Y has a state licensed, nationally certified massage therapist that has an office in the building. Anyone and everyone is invited to call for an appointment because membership at the Washington Y is not needed.
