ADULT WATER AEROBICS CLASSES

AQUAROBICS - ENTRY LEVEL
45-minute class for the entry level exerciser who likes the water and is looking for the additional resistance, low impact and a fun aerobic experience. By using noodles, boards, and other fun things, we offer toning along with a heart healthy workout.

Monday - Wednesday - Friday @ 8:00-8:45am

 

AQUAROBICS 2 Advance Level - Moderate impact 45-minutes of are most advance/strenuous water exercise class. Using weights, noodles, boards, and other fun things, you will achieve a high level of aerobic heart healthy exercise. This class requires moderate range of motion with moderate impact.

Monday - Wednesday - Friday @ 10:30-11:15am

 

JOINT EFFORT - No impact. Morning and Night classes’ 45-minute class with no impact. Water is a safe environment for relieving joint pain and stiffness. Plus it is fun! This class will increase range of motion and stamina using slow, regular motion, no impact and the resistance of the water. For those who have had joint replacement, fibromyalgia, or reconstructive joint surgery, we are here to help.

Monday -  Wednesday – Friday @ 9:45-10:30am

Tuesday - Thursday 5:45-6:30pm

 

WATER WALKING - LOW IMPACT
Need motivation to walk more? Too cold or painful to walk outside? Sign-up up for our water walking class, its 45 minutes and instructor led. Moving forward, backwards, and side-to-side, etc. This class allows you to add resistance using noodles, paddles, and other equipment.

Monday  Friday @ 8:45am -9:45am
